Meet Dr. Pamelaia Sanders

Dr. Pamelaia Sanders is a transformational educator, ordained minister, speaker, and coach whose life’s work centers around helping people live with purpose, power, and inner alignment. For over two decades, she has empowered individuals and organizations through heart-based, brain-informed, and Spirit-led strategies that foster lasting personal and professional change.

Pamelaia is the founder of the Institute of Purposeful B.E.I.N.G.™, where her teachings guide others into holistic transformation by addressing the full design of humanity—spirit, soul, and body.

Pamelaia’s journey began in a Bible class where a simple yet profound question was asked:

“What is your divine purpose in life? Why are you here—now—in this appointed time?”

That moment stirred something deep in her spirit. She left class with more questions than answers, but something shifted. She began to seek more deeply, question more boldly, and follow the voice of God more clearly. What she discovered was life-changing: Her divine assignment was to educate, coach, and spiritually awaken others into their purpose.

Following this revelation, Pamelaia made a bold decision—she left corporate America to join the United States Peace Corps as a Business Consultant in Mali, West Africa. There, she immersed herself in an unfamiliar world, learning both French and Bambara (a regional West African dialect) while implementing development programs in a rural, multilingual village. This transformative experience deepened her  understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, human resilience, and the power of heart-led leadership.

After returning to the United States, Pamelaia began mentoring and teaching women’s groups from a range of socio-economic and spiritual backgrounds. Her passion for seeing others grow—no matter their starting point—led her to teach and facilitate classes across churches, universities, and community organizations throughout the country.

She has helped thousands explore topics such as:
